Resting for the Winter

After a fabulous gig on the 23rd November, thanks to 300 odd people who came and enjoy the fantastic tunes
of Soul Traders, Team Scrumptious raised just over £1900 for charity. This will be split between our charities.

Team Scrumptious have decided to put £1350 for the deposit out of this money, which when we get that back, we will reimburse the monies accordingly.
So thanks to all who came along to the gig, job well done and I hope you enjoyed a fabulous evening.

After seeking to purchase a top box or trailer for the vehicle, it has astonished me on how expensive they are.

So I decided to see if I could get our kit in it without a purchase. See pics below:

It seems that we won't have to purchase top box or an 'erde' trailer, as it seems there is plenty of room to keep belongings behind driver seat, with added cushions for comfort of passenger, put sleeping bags, roll matts underneath. In boot will be Fuel, 2 spare wheels, oil, clutch fluid, water and tools plus spares like springs, brake pads. We may even have room for some luxuries like stools and a spade.....

New sponsors have been found in DAWright and Aviators without Borders.

During December the Team is going to chill, have a relax and look at what countries, we could visit. Which Really Interesting Places (RIP's) we could go to.

Some more fundraising from Team Scrumptious will be set during next year before the off in July, Including an appearance at the Culmstock Wheels festival 2014 event in early July, This includes auto mobiles through the ages, including bikes, tractors, cars and special noteworthy vehicles, which our stead will be one of those. I am hoping to get a few persons who are involved in the Rally along to this from Devon.
